Most of the time after discussing the whole situation with a person can make you feel less guilty because feeling depressed or going into depression means overthinking the same situation but not exploring the situation.

Here's a real-life example of mine if you get bored.
Everyone is depressed with their own priorities of depression. Some got depression from the reactions of their loved ones while some literally depressed for not having a single pic to upload on social media. Believe me, I met so many depressed people and so many of them just faked the definition of depression, it's like they stressed they depressed(no matter what or how simple the situation is).Also, some harm themselves just for that little reason that you can't able to believe. (I don't go to tell you the situations/problems because there may be some readers who are suffering from these simple life problems i.e. I don't want to hurt anybody). Yes, everybody moves on if they want.But, hey wait, do you know what makes me overcome stress and depression?It's Sleep(). Seriously, a day before the result, I am worried like hell, depressed(feels like ending up) like no one because I know I am going to fail(but I managed to get promoted). I remembered that situation fully because after that I performed well in exams(average kid).So, when I woke up on the result day after being depressed, the whole day, I felt nothing means literally don't worrying about my result after waking up.Sounds interesting. Actually, when I am depressed, I sleep a lot and when I wake up the next morning I move on with that situation. Ya! that's my superpower.You may try my super-power but I don't guarantee you this.
Spend time with your elders and loved ones.
Today's generation is moving away with the older generation and engaging more in social life. Social media/Social status is just an illusion, you simply can't do anything with social status i.e. those who are saying we can be social media influencers, celebrities(having a verified account) are just fooling themselves because these(social media influencers, celebrities) are those ones who figured out how to engage with people, how to do conversation in such a way the people engaged.
They learn from the real world and apply through the internet.
According to a study(don't remember the name), most of the teenagers from every country are depressed before 20yrs for very little things because of their social issues(online trolling, loneliness, etc.).
So, I can easily say spending time with real people(family) more than usual, will be more useful in the case of depression.
Observe yourself
This is the best working method if you have someone to share the situation and the feelings.
Observing is the first step to improve and to move on. I know most people are going to skip this because they think they did it every single time.
But No. It's maybe one of the reasons why you are depressed. You're gonna say that if it's that much important then why should I don't prioritize this as first.
This is because most of us follow the easiest way, but observation is the hardest thing when it comes to doing in the right way by ourselves.
So, how to observe:
Observing means to remember the past situations that make you feel guilty or that leads you to depression. Think of the whole situation, everyone's perspective, everyone's emotion, everything.
Just observe the weak points of yours, why it happened, why everything messed up. Try to relate it to the other's thinking perspective.
This definitely gonna work.
Explore Nature.
If you know someone in a medication camp, ask them whether nature can heal the pain of depression. The answer will be 100%.
Exploring nature means exploring the beauty of everything(created by GOD). On exploring the nature the benefit you are going to take are:
- You are just going to forget about the painful feelings, loneliness.
- You may discover a new path to see things.
- New ideas and new confidence.
Note: There is no need to go for tracking on mountains and in the forests, just find a quiet place(away from city traffic) like gardens, parks, etc, where you can sit without any worry. Focus on listening and observing nature's music and it's beauty. Don't listen to songs, it can release the feelings in you.
Scheduling
To overcome depression by yourself fastly you have to forget to think about those situations ASAP(as soon as possible).
To do this, you have to make yourself busy or make yourself stuck in work.
For that make a schedule from waking up to going to bed(fully exhausted).
Fully exhausted means to work that much that when you go to sleep you can't have any option between to think and to sleep.(i.e. as soon as you go to bed, you go into beautiful sleep.)
Note: The more you make yourself free of work, the more you are going into depression.
Reward Yourself.
Make a partition for Goals also in the schedule list. When you say you are free from work, improve yourself(i.e. try to achieve your goals).
Goals never are small or never be big. It's your effort that is small or big.
So, write every goal.
Always remember to reward yourself when you achieve your goal. Practicing this can grow your confidence in fighting every problem in your life, also eventually the depression.
Eat and drink healthy.
About 28% of teenagers are in depression to get bullied in schools and colleges for being fat and more than 16% of teenagers for being slim.
This depression is created by themselves, to achieve something you have to forget about something. That's it.
