Yes! they are habits but if you followed these habits the chances of getting more are created because if you don't have good habits and don't follow them then you may wasting your whole day.

1. Scheduling
Do you know every single successful person uses a schedule and task list/checklist to observe his/her performance, and they obey every task?Why someone should create and follow a schedule?
The answer is simple, to be productive. A responsible person tries to manage every single thing in a day, from getting up to going to bed. He simply doesn't want to waste time or doesn't want to be unproductive.
Scheduling is another word for Time Management. The simple truth behind creating a schedule is that you don't have to waste time thinking of "what to do?".
So, create a schedule today itself of tomorrow and follow it strictly.

This exercise includes jogging, cycling, stretching, push-ups, swimming, etc, you can do whatever you like, even weight lift(optional).

6. Improving Communication skills
To be a successful person/leader, the journey starts with an idea / hard work, but without good communication skills, you have to stop.

This increases productivity, creativity, and helps you to get motivated fastly.
Note: To track your goals/habits, you should have to maintain a diary/journal.
If you want to create a positive habit or want to stop a habit then 21/90 rule is perfect.
Push yourself for just 21 days regularly without any day off and you will make a habit of doing/not doing the task. If you followed for the next 90 days them the probability is 100% that you make it a habit.

These habits are for all age groups, from studying in schools/colleges to working hard in offices or working out in gyms. These habits not just motivate you, it makes realize more of you.
Success comes to those who do, but in the right way. These habits you should follow on a daily basis(everyday) because consistency is the key.
